With over 18 years of experience in residential construction, Jonathan Niemela founded Everett Homes in 2016 with a simple mission: to build exceptional homes with quality, integrity, and genuine care.

Jonathan believes every home should reflect the people who live in it. He works closely with each homeowner throughout the building process, listening to their vision and thoughtfully bringing it to life.    Whether you already own land or are searching for the perfect property, we’ll evaluate your homesite and discuss the best approach for your home’s design, orientation, and construction.

   3. Home Design
   
   Bring your own plans, collaborate with your architect, or allow us to connect you with trusted design professionals. Every Everett Home is thoughtfully designed to complement your lifestyle and the unique characteristics of your property.

   4. Proposal & Investment
   
   Once the home design is complete, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal based on your plans and project scope. To provide flexibility while keeping the project moving, we’ll establish realistic allowances for many of your finish selections, giving you the freedom to personalize your home throughout the building process.

   5. Construction Agreement
   
   With the proposal approved, we’ll finalize the construction agreement and begin preparing your project for construction.

   6. Build, Selections & Communication
   
   This is where your vision comes to life. As construction progresses, you’ll make your finish selections—including items such as flooring, lighting, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, countertops, paint colors, and more—with guidance from our trusted suppliers and trade partners. Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular updates, scheduled walkthroughs, and direct communication so you always know what’s happening with your home.

   7. Welcome Home
   
   Before move-in, we’ll complete a comprehensive walkthrough to ensure every detail reflects the quality and craftsmanship we expect in every Everett Home. Long after you receive the keys, we’re here to stand behind our work with responsive service and warranty support, giving you confidence for years to come.
